Yardley Collett joined Smith, Tozian, Daniel & Davis, P.A. in 2022 as an Associate Attorney after previously working as a Law Clerk for the firm. During law school, Yardley clerked for the Office of General Counsel for the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering and assisted the Florida State University College of Law Public Interest Law Center, providing pro bono legal services to immigrants and farmworker populations. Before law school, she worked professionally for a number of years as a Press Secretary for the Indiana State Senate and at her alma mater as an Admissions Counselor. When she’s not practicing law, Yardley enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and kayaking and is a former collegiate softball player.
